Description

General description

These chrome plated flat electric towel rails feature an energy-efficient PTC electric heating element, combining cost-effective operation with excellent handcrafted build quality. They are filled with a glycol solution to prevent freezing and corrosion, while also reducing noise compared to traditional towel warmers filled only with water. The high specification IP64 rated CE approved PTC electrical element ensures a safe and stable temperature of 70°C, which can be adjusted with a dimmer switch. The element operates at full power until the towel warmer reaches its working temperature, after which the power is reduced to maintain this temperature, making it more cost-effective than standard electrical elements. A bidex timer is included for scheduling operation, allowing you to save energy by heating rooms only when needed. Installation must be done outside of the bathroom by a qualified electrician, connecting to a switched 5amp fuse box.

A small air gap is provided within the filled rail to allow for the expansion of the liquid when heated.

The heated towel rail is plated with 40 microns of copper and 15 microns of bright nickel before a minimum of 60 microns of chrome plating, providing superior corrosion and rust resistance along with a flawless luxury finish.

Central heating and dual fuel versions of these towel rails are also available.

The radiator itself is attractive and easy to install, the timer provided is the most complicated piece of equipment ever, almost impossible to schedule and saving the time is impossible.
