The 4pcs Coilover Strut is designed specifically for the BMW 5 Series E39 models from 1995 to 2003, including various RWD saloon models such as the 520i, 523i, 525i, 528i, 530i, 535i, 540i, 520d, 525d, 530d, 525td, and 525tds. Please note that this kit is not compatible with Wagon or M5 models and will not fit vehicles equipped with self-leveling or air suspension.

Installation

Use spacers to prevent movement of rubber boots when installing eye-type coilovers.

Regular inspection of rubber boots is recommended, typically every six months or during routine maintenance.

Rubber boots generally last 1-3 years depending on vehicle weight, road conditions, climate, and driving habits. Replace them immediately if any damage or signs of aging are observed.

Usage

The coilover kit lowers the vehicle's height, enhancing its center of gravity and providing a more aggressive stance.

Adjustable pre-load spring tension helps reduce shaking motion.
