General description

maXpeedingrods B3 coilovers are designed for BMW E88 Convertible models from 2008 to 2013, including 135i, 125i, and 128i. These coilovers are height adjustable and feature a 24-level rebound damping control, allowing for a customizable ride quality suited for various road conditions.

Installation

All modifications must be installed by licensed mechanics and in compliance with local modification regulations.

Ensure all components are tightened with correct torque specifications before and after installation.

Impact wrench is prohibited during installation to avoid loosening or damaging the product.

Examine the clearance between tires and suspension; minimum clearance should be 4mm. If not, wheel spacers may be needed.

Usage

For comfortable driving, set damping to full soft.

For spirited driving, set damping to 16 clicks.

For occasional track days, set damping to full stiff.

Regular maintenance is suggested; spray with WD40 every 3-4 months to keep the coilovers smooth and clean.

Other information

Corrosion finish: Anodized aluminum and powder-coated carbon steel parts.

All inserts come with fitted long rubber boots for better damper protection and durability.

Twin-tube structure provides excellent handling and control characteristics for most driving conditions.

High tensile spring tested for 600,000 cycles to ensure strength.
