Everbuild EVERCRYL® One Coat is a resin-based, fibre reinforced roof repair compound designed for effective use on all common roofing surfaces. It provides an instant waterproof seal, even in wet conditions, making it ideal for emergency repairs without the need to wait for rain to stop. This product can be applied in frosty conditions down to -5°C and dries to a smooth, seamless, flexible membrane that resists algae and fungal growth.

Usage

General sealing, maintenance, repair, and waterproofing of most common roofs in both wet and dry conditions.

Suitable for use on various surfaces including concrete, fibre/cement, roofing felt, mastic asphalt, existing bituminous roof coatings, rigid PVCu, corrugated iron, metals, slates, brickwork, tiles, lead, copper, and zinc.

Effective for waterproofing guttering (plastic and metal), downpipes, gullies, flashings, upstands, vents, and leadwork.

Other information

Instantly waterproof upon application, eliminating the risk of wash off.

High fibre reinforcement allows it to bridge small cracks with a single coat application.

No primer required on sound, non-porous surfaces.

Formulated from lightfast acrylic polymers for enhanced durability against sunlight compared to traditional bitumen coatings.
