Isoflex Liquid Rubber is a high-performance liquid rubber solution that is 5 times more flexible than traditional bitumen coatings, offering up to 20 years of protection. Installation

Ensure the surface is clean and free of dust or dirt by scrubbing with a stiff bristle brush.

Treat any fungal growth with a fungicide and allow to dry.

Fill any cracks or holes as necessary.

Cut open any old felt blisters, apply Isoflex Liquid Rubber underneath, and secure with felt tacks.

Apply one coat of Isoflex Special Primer across the entire roof and let it dry for 4 hours.

For best results, apply on a fine, dry day with temperatures around 10°C.

Stir the product thoroughly before and during use.

Using a brush, work in 1m² sections and apply a thick layer of the product, ensuring a minimum thickness of 1mm.

Recoat within 24 hours.

Usage

Apply on a dry day with moderate temperatures for optimal results.

Use a brush to apply a thin, even layer, ensuring good coverage.

Recoat after 24 hours if additional layers are required for increased protection.

Other information

Clean all equipment and any spills with Isoflex Clean Up Fluid.
