General description

maXpeedingrods B3 is a height-adjustable coilover suspension kit designed for the BMW 5 Series E39 Saloon (1995-2003). This kit enhances ride quality across various road conditions and features 24 levels of rebound damping control, allowing for precise tuning of your suspension setup. Please note that this kit is not compatible with Wagon or M5 models and will not fit vehicles equipped with self-leveling or air suspension.

Installation

All modifications must be installed by licensed mechanics and in compliance with local modification regulations.

Ensure all components are tightened to the correct torque specifications before and after installation.

Impact wrenches are prohibited during installation to avoid loosening or damaging the product.

Check the clearance between tires and suspension; a minimum clearance of 4mm is recommended. If insufficient, consider adding wheel spacers.

Usage

For comfortable driving, set damping to full soft.

For spirited driving, adjust to 16 clicks.

For occasional track days, set to full stiff.

Regular maintenance is suggested; spray with WD40 every 3-4 months to keep the coilovers smooth and clean, extending their lifetime.

All inserts come with fitted long rubber boots for better damper protection and durability.

CNC machined aluminum top mounts and lockers for excellent strength and reduced weight.
