Description

General description

The Coilovers Suspension Kit is designed specifically for VW Lupo MK1 (1998-2005) and Seat Arosa (1997-2004). This kit allows for adjustable lowering of your vehicle's height, enhancing both aesthetics and performance. Please note that no top mount is included, and modifications may be required if using the original equipment (OE) top mount.

Installation

Use the vehicle's original upper mounts (not included in the kit).

All modifications must be installed by licensed mechanics and comply with local modification regulations.

Ensure all components are tightened with correct torque specifications before and after installation.

Impact wrench is prohibited during installation to avoid loosening or damaging the product.

Examine the clearance between tires and suspension; minimum clearance should be 4mm. If not, consider adding wheel spacers.

Usage

Regular maintenance is suggested for the coil-overs; spray with WD40 every 3-4 months to keep them smooth and clean, extending their lifetime.

Other information

Modification required if using OE top mount.

Caution: It is not sufficient with torsion beam trailing arm axles.
