General description

Coilovers Suspension Kit designed for VW Transporter T5 T28 T30 2WD/4WD models from 2003 to 2015. This kit does not include top mounts and requires modifications if using OE top mounts. It is compatible with VW Transporter T6/T6.1 models from 2015 onwards, including various engine types such as 2.0, 3.2V6, 1.9TDi, 2.0TDi, 2.0BiTDi, and 2.5TDi, excluding T32.

Installation

Use the vehicle's original upper mounts (not included in the kit).

All modifications must be installed by licensed mechanics and comply with local modification regulations.

Ensure all components are tightened with correct torque specifications before and after installation.

Impact wrench is prohibited during installation to avoid loosening or damaging the product.

Check and tighten all nuts, bolts, and locks regularly to prevent noise and serious problems.

Examine the clearance between tires and suspension; minimum clearance should be 4mm, otherwise, wheel spacers may be needed.

Usage

Regular maintenance is suggested for the coilovers. Spraying with WD40 every 3-4 months will help keep them smooth and clean, extending their lifetime.

Notice: No Top Mount Included.

Modification Required If You Use OE Top Mount Fitment for T26 / T28 / T30.

Caution: It is not sufficient with torsion beam trailing arm axles.
