General description

Concrete sealer designed for use on driveways, patios, and floors, providing long-term protection for external concrete surfaces. This product is suitable for various concrete-based surfaces and is recommended to be applied in two coats for optimal results.

Installation

Brush or power wash the concrete to remove dirt or debris; ensure the surface is completely dry before application.

Apply using a sprayer or roller, keeping the sprayer head moving to avoid pooling.

Allow the first coat to dry past tacky before applying the second coat.

Avoid application in strong, direct sunlight and do not apply if rain is expected within 3 hours.

Do not apply deicing salts directly onto the sealed concrete.

Usage

Tested by the Transport Research Laboratory (TRL) for Skid Resistance Value (SRV) compliance.

Health & Safety: Flammable liquid; keep the application area well ventilated, wear a respirator, and store in a cool place.
