Description

General description

Concrete sealer for use on driveways, patios, and floors. Smartseal sealer has been developed to provide long-term protection for external concrete surfaces. For most types of surfaces, two coats of concrete sealant are recommended for optimum results.

Installation

Brush or power wash concrete to remove any dirt or debris; only apply when the surface is totally dry.

Best applied with a sprayer unit or roller, keeping the sprayer head moving to avoid pooling.

The first application must be allowed to dry past tacky before applying the second coat.

Avoid application in strong, direct sunlight and do not apply if rain is likely within 3 hours of application.

Deicing salts should not be applied directly onto any concrete sealer.

Usage

Resists oil and stain penetration.

Reduces efflorescence from concrete.

Will not blister or peel; hardens and seals concrete permanently.

Enhances the surface finish of the concrete.

Tough, durable, and hard-wearing.

Oil and grease resistant.

Smartseal Imprinted Sealer has been tested by the TRL (Transport Research Laboratory) and certified to meet the SRV (Skid Resistance Value) for all categories of paving for local authority pedestrian areas.

Copies of certification available on request.
