Description

General description

Concrete sealer designed for use on driveways, patios, and floors, providing long-term protection for external concrete surfaces. This product is suitable for various concrete-based surfaces and is recommended to apply two coats for optimal results.

Technical specifications

  • Average coverage: 4 to 6m² per litre per coat
  • Application method: Brush or sprayer
  • Flash point: 42°C (Abel-Closed Cup)
  • Quality approval: BS5750/ISO9000

    • Installation

  • Clean the concrete surface with a brush or power wash to remove dirt and debris.
  • Ensure the surface is completely dry before application.
  • Apply the first coat and allow it to dry past tacky before applying the second coat.
  • Avoid application in strong, direct sunlight and if rain is expected within 3 hours.

    • Usage

  • Apply using a sprayer unit or roller, keeping the sprayer head moving to prevent pooling.
  • Do not apply deicing salts directly onto the sealed surface.
  • Ensure the application area is well-ventilated and wear a respirator during application.

    • Other information

  • Tested by the Transport Research Laboratory (TRL) for Skid Resistance Value (SRV).
  • Copies of certification available on request.
  • Flammable liquid; do not smoke and store in a cool place.
