General description

This is a high-quality, fast-curing silicone sealant designed for sanitary and household applications. Dowsil 785+ provides strong adhesion to non-porous surfaces such as ceramics, porcelain, glass, and metal. It contains a fungicide that resists mold growth and protects against bacteria, including MRSA, E. coli, and Salmonella. This sealant is suitable for sealing kitchen sinks, bathrooms, and other sanitary fittings, ensuring a hygienic and durable seal.

Installation

Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of grease or old sealant before application.

If misapplied to porous substrates, it should be removed by peeling, cutting, or other mechanical means once it is just cured.

Care should be taken not to damage plastic or coated surfaces.
