Dulux Trade Weathershield Preservative Primer + (BP) penetrates into wood to seal and preserve against water damage, decay, and blue stain fungi. It provides 8 years of weathering durability when used as part of the full Weathershield exterior paint system.

Application: Brush only (do not spray)

MIX THOROUGHLY BY SHAKING THE CONTAINER BEFORE USE

Pour out a sufficient amount of primer into a suitable container

Do not thin

Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from any surface coating, mould, or algae before use

Use pre-treated timber for in-ground contact situations

Apply two even coats

Allow 24 hours for the second coat to dry

Lightly sand before applying Weathershield Exterior Flexible Undercoat or Weathershield Quick Dry Exterior Undercoat
