General description
The Eco Barn Owl Nest Box has been developed from a leading design in collaboration with the Barn Owl Trust. It features a wooden floor to keep the nest dry and is made entirely from recycled plastic, ensuring durability and environmental friendliness. This nest box requires no maintenance and boasts an extremely long life expectancy. It includes several enhancements for easier installation, improved rain and snow shedding, better ventilation and drainage, and optimal perching and landing opportunities for owls and their young.Technical specifications

Compatibility and accessories
- Suitable for use as an internal nest box inside a barn or mounted on a tree as an external owl box.

Installation
- For indoor installation, mount the box at least 3 meters high, ideally near the apex of a roof with sufficient ventilation.
- For outdoor installation, position the box at least 4.5 meters high in a shaded area to minimize overheating.
- Face the box away from prevailing winds to reduce rain entry.
- Ensure the entrance hole is visible to passing owls for better attraction.
