Good product, surprised upon receipt to only have one battery while the photo of the product in the open case shows 2 batteries. I thought it was an oversight but in detail it’s true that there is only one!! A bit tricky!!!

I received what looks like a second hand. The battery was already installed on the pruner. The case is designed to hold the tool with the battery removed and the person put the tool away with its battery by force, which means that the case is broken and no longer closes properly. For a tool of this price I am entitled to have a new item!
