General description

Front Coilovers for Vauxhall Astra Mk4 Astra G (1998-2004) and Zafira A (1999-2006) are designed to enhance your vehicle's suspension performance. These coilovers provide adjustable lowering heights and are made with durable materials for long-lasting use. Please note that no top mount is included, and modifications are required if you intend to use the original equipment (OE) top mounts.

Installation

Use the vehicle's original upper mounts (not included in the product kit).

All modifications must be installed by licensed mechanics and in compliance with local modification regulations.

Ensure all components are tightened with correct torque specifications before and after installation.

Impact wrench is prohibited during installation to avoid loosening or damaging the product.

Examine the clearance between tires and suspension; a minimum clearance of 4mm is required. If not met, wheel spacers may be necessary.

Usage

Regular maintenance is suggested for the coilovers; spraying with WD40 every 3-4 months will help keep them smooth and clean, extending their lifetime.

Check and tighten all nuts, bolts, or locks to prevent noise and potential issues.

Other information

Not compatible with OPC, GSI, and 2.0 Turbo models.

It is not sufficient with torsion beam trailing arm axles.
