General description

Protection from the sun on hot days! The Topas pavilion from the Casaria brand features roof struts, clad feet, and a powder-coated metal construction. This design offers protection against corrosion and weather resistance, ensuring long-lasting enjoyment of your garden pavilion. The UV 50+ roof covering can be quickly and easily attached to the frame using Velcro fasteners, preventing the formation of water pockets. Made of tear-resistant polyester with a water-repellent PU coating on the inside, it also includes metal eyelets that can be closed with plastic plugs to avoid water accumulation during heavy rain. A roof hood ensures optimal air circulation inside the pavilion, while the inner frame is assembled using secured plug connections. The pavilion is anchored to the ground with 18 pegs and 4 ropes for increased stability. The side parts provide protection against wind and rain and can be easily opened and closed with zippers.

The assembly principle is excellent Concerning the curtain fasteners, the rings are in the way when opening completely

I have had this gazebo for 3 years and it is still in excellent condition. Very simple to assemble but requires 2 people
