General description

Oxid Vernis is a single pack clear varnish enriched with polyurethane-modified alkyd resins, designed for use on new or oxidized metals previously treated with Owatrol Oil. It maintains the natural look of the surface while providing long-lasting protection. This varnish is ideal for both interior and exterior applications, suitable for various metal surfaces such as gates, furniture, fences, and ornaments. It combines performance with ease of application, offering high UV resistance and adaptability to harsh climates.

Technical specifications

Coverage: 18 m² per litre per coat

Drying Time: Touch dry in 5 hours, Recoat in 24 hours, Fully dry in 24 hours (depending on temperature and humidity)

Application Temperature: Between 5˚C and 35˚C

Usage

Ideal for decorating, protecting, and weatherproofing surfaces

Suitable for ferrous and non-ferrous metals

Clean surfaces regularly with a brush, vacuum cleaner, or fresh water

For the first 14 days, do not clean with water

Avoid aggressive chemical cleaners for dirt removal

Ensure the room is well ventilated when using indoors
