General description

PatioClean Xtreme is a fast-acting, high-performance patio cleaning product designed to effectively remove black spots, algae, lichens, moss, and surface grime from block paving, concrete, or natural stone patios. With four powerful active ingredients, it offers a simple solution for maintaining clean patios, often eliminating the need for pressure washing. A 5-litre container can clean and treat approximately 40 m² of flagstone, natural stone, or block paved patios. *Not recommended for use on Tarmac.*

Installation

Sweep away loose debris and areas with heavy dirt build-up.

Wet the surface area with water.

Dilute PatioClean Xtreme at a ratio of 1:1, or use neat for black spot removal.

Apply the product using a watering can or sprayer.

Ensure the surface area remains wet for up to 60 minutes.

Rinse the area with water after application.

Usage

For areas of heavy soiling, scrub the product into the surface or re-apply as needed.

Most ingrained organic matter and grime will be removed after one application, but a second application may be necessary for complete removal of black and white spot algae.

Other information

Wear appropriate safety gear, including gloves and goggles, during application.

PatioClean Xtreme can cause skin burns; avoid contact with eyes.

Keep out of reach of children.

Toxic to aquatic life; take care to avoid contact with fabrics during application.
