Was relatively easy to assemble but did take some time as it would have been helpful if each piece was labelled to avoid confusion. I have not bought a cover yet, but it got rained on and is still in tip top shape. Really pleased with it. Looking for my next purchase from Mano Mano. Would highly recommend this retailer for quality and price!
