Usage

Vacuum once a week on medium suction power using an upholstery attachment, in the direction of the pile.

Periodically turn your rug 180° to ensure even wear and prevent fading caused by sun exposure.

Remove any stains immediately using a damp, non-staining cloth, cleaning from the edge to the middle of the rug without rubbing.

For tough stains, scrape off dirt from the surface and clean with a non-staining, damp cotton cloth. If necessary, use a wool washing liquid.

Do not overwet the rug and wipe dry after cleaning.

Use only rug recommended cleaners.

For comfortable use, air out the unpacked rug for at least a few hours, preferably one or two days, to allow the natural scent of the material to fade.

Other information

This rug is handwoven, so each piece may slightly differ in terms of color, pattern, and size (+/- 5-7 cm), which is not considered a defect.

The product may sporadically shed due to its fabric, which is a standard process and not a defect.

After unpacking, the rug requires some time to reach its desired state; it is recommended to unfold it as soon as possible and give it up to 72 hours to straighten, using a heavy weight on the ends for better effect.
