Usage

Vacuum once a week on medium suction power using an upholstery attachment, in the direction of the pile.

Periodically turn your rug 180° to ensure even wear and prevent fading caused by sun exposure.

Remove any stains immediately using a damp, non-staining cloth, cleaning from the edge to the middle of the rug without rubbing.

For tough stains, scrape off dirt from the surface and clean with a non-staining, damp cotton cloth. If necessary, use a wool washing liquid.

Do not overwet the rug and wipe dry after cleaning.

Use only rug recommended cleaners.

For comfortable use, air out the unpacked rug for at least a few hours (ideally one or two days) to allow the natural scent of the material to fade.

Other information

Because of the product's fabric, it may sporadically shed, which is a standard process and not considered a defect.

Due to the handwoven nature of the rug, each piece may slightly differ in terms of color, pattern, and size (+/- 5-7 cm), which is also not considered a defect.

The product requires some time after unpacking to reach its desired state; it is recommended to unfold it as soon as possible and give it up to 72 hours to straighten, using a heavy weight on the ends for better effect.
