Everbuild Tecnic Silicone 825 is a high-quality, low modulus, neutral curing silicone sealant designed for various sealing and bonding applications. It is specially formulated to provide extended tool downtime on longer joints, making it ideal for large-scale projects and expansion joints. This sealant offers excellent weatherproofing and adhesion to a wide range of surfaces, suitable for both internal and external use.

Can be used as an expansion joint sealant and for bedding and sealing insulated glass units

Installation

Apply to clean, dry surfaces ensuring proper joint preparation

Cut nozzle to desired size and load into a sealant gun

Apply evenly, tooling as necessary for a smooth finish

Allow to skin over for approximately 30-45 minutes before exposure to water or stress

Usage

Ideal for perimeter pointing around windows, doors, and curtain walling

Sealing and bonding of PVCu, plastic trims, and components

Weather sealing for external joints, parapets, and roofs
