Whilst optimum performance will only be achieved by applying to well-prepared substrates, HQC Zinc Phosphate  Primer will adhere well to minimally prepared surfaces. HQC Zinc Phosphate Primer has been formulated to provide fast touch dry times and rapid hardness development. Primer is suitable for use under a wide variety of conventional finishes, combining excellent adhesion and ease of application.
