The Makita DUH607RT LXT Brushless Hedge Trimmer features a maintenance-free, long-life brushless motor that enhances performance and durability. Its anti-vibration structure minimizes operator fatigue, while the ergonomically designed handle with a soft grip ensures comfort during use. The trimmer is equipped with an electric brake for increased productivity and operator safety. Additionally, it incorporates Extreme Protection Technology (XPT) for improved dust and water resistance, making it suitable for harsh working conditions. A battery protection circuit is also included to safeguard against overloading, over-discharging, and overheating.

Was dubious about whether a battery powered chain saw would have the guts to do the job and was more than pleasantly surprised. Perfect for my needs (home/diy). Simple to assemble, no faffing about with mixing 2 stroke to the correct mix and no hassle with choke or pull starts. Oh and it cut through the tree stump like a knife through butter. Mega impressed.
