Installation

• Prepare the surface by sanding with 120 grit sandpaper to remove old stain or varnish or to smooth new wood
• Clean the surface with white spirit and a cloth to remove dust and dirt
• Stir the stain thoroughly before use
• Test on a small hidden area to check colour
• Apply in the direction of the grain, waiting four hours between coats
• Lightly sand between coats for a smoother finish

Usage

• Apply with a brush, painting in the direction of the grain
• Allow four hours between coats for optimal adhesion and drying
• Rainproof in 30 minutes, so weather changes are less of a concern during application
• Clean brushes with warm, soapy water after use
