General Description
The winemaker's refractometer is an essential tool for measuring the sugar and alcohol content in wine, thus enabling the production of better wine. It offers a measurement range of 0 to 25% for alcohol and 0 to 40% for sugar, with a minimum scale of 0.2%. Thanks to its Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC) function, it guarantees accurate data despite temperature variations. The improved eyepiece and heavy crown optical glass ensure optimal clarity and reduce observer fatigue.Technical Specifications
