Description

General description

Grout Magic from Smartseal is a superior grout dye and sealer designed to restore and enhance the appearance of wall and floor grout. It effectively changes the color of old grout, making it look like new while providing a protective seal against stains and the growth of mould and mildew. Available in 10 colors, Grout Magic is easy to apply and requires no special DIY skills.

Technical specifications

Size: 237 ml bottle

Coverage rate: 3 - 15 m² per 237 ml bottle, depending on joint width, density, texture, and surface porosity

Installation

Complete a test patch to determine the appropriate time to leave the product on surrounding tiles (5-10 minutes or up to 30 minutes depending on tile type)

Stage 1: Prime the grout surface with Grout Magic Pre-Treatment

Stage 2: Apply Grout Magic Colour & Seal when grout joints are clean and dry

Shake the bottle and mix well before use

Apply steadily onto the grout joint using a small, stiff brush or sponge

Wipe away excess sealer from the tile surface within the established timeframe

Allow 48 hours drying time before wetting or cleaning the treated area

Usage

Restores old grout and acts as a grout sealer

Available in Black, Dark Grey, White, Light Grey, Mid Grey, Light Brown, Dark Brown, Ivory, Sandstone, and Limestone

Recommended for internal use only

Not sure yet, only did test area. Wanted the mid grey but didn’t seem option to purchase that as a sample
