General description

Grout Magic from Smartseal is a superior grout dye and sealer designed to restore and enhance the appearance of wall and floor grout. It effectively changes the color of old grout, making it look like new while providing a durable protective seal that helps prevent staining and the growth of mould and mildew. Available in 10 colors, Grout Magic is easy to apply and requires no special DIY skills.

Coverage rate: 3 - 15 m² per 237 ml bottle, depending on joint width, density, texture, and surface porosity

Installation

Stage 1: Prime the grout surface with Grout Magic Pre-Treatment.

Stage 2: Apply Grout Magic Colour & Seal when the grout joints are clean and thoroughly dry.

Shake the bottle and mix well before use.

Apply steadily onto the grout joint using a small, stiff brush or sponge.

Wipe away excess sealer from the tile surface within the established timeframe (within 30 minutes or less).

Allow 48 hours drying time before wetting or cleaning the treated area.

Usage

Use Grout Cleaner to thoroughly clean the grout before application.

If cement or grout residue is present on tiles, use Grout Haze Remover prior to applying Grout Magic.

For mould and mildew prevention, use Mould and Mildew Remover.

Test a patch to determine the appropriate removal time for excess product (5-10 minutes or up to 30 minutes depending on tile type).

Other information

This product is for internal use only.

Not recommended for porous surfaces such as unglazed tiles and natural stone, as it may cause permanent staining.

Not sure yet, only did test area. Wanted the mid grey but didn’t seem option to purchase that as a sample
