Grout Magic from Smartseal is a superior grout dye and sealer designed to restore and enhance the appearance of wall and floor grout. It effectively changes the color of old grout, making it look like new while providing a protective seal against stains and the growth of mould and mildew. Available in 10 colors, Grout Magic is easy to apply and requires no special DIY skills.

Installation

Shake the bottle and mix well before use.

Apply Grout Magic after cleaning and drying the grout joints.

Use a small, stiff brush or sponge to apply the product evenly onto the grout surface.

Wipe away any excess sealer from the tile surface within the established timeframe (generally within 30 minutes).

Allow 48 hours drying time before wetting or cleaning the treated area.

Usage

Grout Magic is used to restore the original color of grout and seal it against stains. It can be applied to both old and new installations, following a two-stage process: first, prime the grout with Grout Magic Pre-Treatment, then apply Grout Magic Colour & Seal once the grout is clean and dry.
