Grout Magic from Smartseal is a superior grout dye and sealer designed to restore and enhance the appearance of wall and floor grout. It effectively changes the color of old grout, making it look like new while providing a protective seal against stains and the growth of mold and mildew. Available in 10 colors, Grout Magic is easy to apply and requires no special DIY skills, making it suitable for both professional tradesmen and homeowners.

Installation

Perform a test patch to determine the appropriate removal time for excess product.

Stage 1: Prime the grout surface with Grout Magic Pre-Treatment.

Stage 2: Apply Grout Magic Color & Seal when grout joints are clean and dry.

Shake the bottle and mix well before use.

Apply using a small, stiff brush or sponge, ensuring even coverage.

Wipe away excess sealer within the established timeframe (within 30 minutes or less).

Allow 48 hours drying time before wetting or cleaning the treated area.

Usage

Grout Magic is used to restore the original color of old grout or to completely change its color.

It acts as a grout stain remover and provides a durable protective seal.

Not sure yet, only did test area. Wanted the mid grey but didn’t seem option to purchase that as a sample
